Our oil is produced from dry range (not irrigated) trees - which typically results in a much lower quantity of oil - but enhances the flavor. Our certified biodynamic, organic, regenerative extra virgin olive oil has been awarded 4 consecutive gold medals and was also judged as the best extra virgin olive oil in Victoria in 2021! Clearly a very special oil indeed that has outstanding flavour with excellent texture and a creamy light mouthfeel. The judges described it as ‘Complex and flavourful’. .
