We are a small family run grove near Ballarat in the Central Highlands of Victoria – less than 100 km from Melbourne. Established in 2001 Manna Hill Estate is a dryland, certified organic / biodynamic / regenerative farm. With an uncompromising commitment to quality and excellence, and being absolutely passionate about what we do and how we do it, we make outstanding extra virgin olive oil. Our focus on regenerative agriculture techniques rebuilding soil carbon and enhancing the soil biology has resulted in award winning extra virgin olive oils

Quick & Easy Olive Oil Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
Balsamic vinegar of your choice
Mannahill Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Simply mix three parts oil to one part vinegar in a blender, or using a whisk.
If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, you can add other ingredients to the mix, like a dollop of mustard, some minced shallots, or a tablespoon of freshly chopped herbs.
Voila! Your vinaigrette is ready to serve.
