Twin Pack 500ml bottles

A$66.50

2 x 500mL bottles of our premium, biodynamic, organic, regenerative, cold pressed and unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.

$69.00 $66.50

Our 2025 harvest has just finished and we now have some of our amazing certified biodynamic-organic, certified regenerative, unfiltered, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil back in stock!  After nearly three months of being stocked out we are really excited that our 2025 harvest olive oil is now available.

This olive oil has come straight off the press so will still be a little cloudy.  Olive oil this fresh and unfiltered is cloudy due to fine particles of the olive suspended in the oil. These are high in antioxidants and contribute to the bright and lively flavor of freshly pressed olive oil and is often much sought after as a result. However, for those who leave their bottle standing for some time can expect to find some sediment at the bottom – though I suspect it will be consumed long before that happens!

Our oil is produced from dry range (not irrigated) trees - which typically results in a much lower quantity of oil - but enhances the flavor. Our certified biodynamic, organic, regenerative extra virgin olive oil has been awarded 4 consecutive gold medals and was also judged as the best extra virgin olive oil in Victoria in 2021! Clearly a very special oil indeed.

Our 500 ml bottle has a built in pourer - so easy to drizzle over your salad, vegetables, stir fries, bread - or just about anything!

Flat rate $9.95 shipping, or free shipping on orders over $150.

Have always been interested in the debate as to whether soils lose carbon during droughts. The naysayers (typically proponents involved in the carbon accounting racket) say that carbon, once sequestered, stays in the soil for long periods. Those in
Sad to hear about the sudden demise of NASAA last Thursday afternoon after nearly 40 years providing support for the development and education of the organic industry and consumers about organic, biodynamic and sustainable agricultural practices. Al
Nice to see the proliferation of nitrogen fixing bacterial nodules on this pea seedling - particularly as we didn't inoculate the seed - so this is all natural. The nodules are filled with Rhizobium bacteria (or Bradyrhizobium bacteria) which conver
It's great to see that, despite the dry conditions, that some of our seedling roots are covered in fungal hyphae. This can increase the effective root surface area by a factor of 30 - enabling the plant to scavenge scarce minerals and trace elements
